About the Role

Undergoing the client onboarding process.
Understanding the client's brief and channeling project scope and information to the 3D artists.
Organising project schedules and overseeing all delivery deadlines.
Updating of CRM system.
Retrieving site photography for photomontage projects.
Maintain positive relationships with current and new clients.
Ad hoc admin tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be well-spoken with a strong command of the English Language.

  • Ability to understand technical drawings and architectural plans.

  • Strong understanding of 3D modelling processes.

  • Ability to operate Google applications.

  • Ability to use Photoshop for minor post-production work.

  • Ability to use AutoCAD.

  • Excellent at working independently as well as within a remote team.

  • Able to use logic and problem-solving skills to find the relevant solutions

  • Owns a car and driving license.



ASSETS


  • Ability to use a CRM system.

  • Ability to use XERO.

  • Strong interest in the world of design.

  • Previous experience working in a design studio.

  • Love photography.
